Awesome rates; really good service.

Do NOT waste any of your time hobnobbing with the other lenders out there. VeryNiceLoans will get you the best rate (saving you a lotta cash). The other lenders were all telling me that 4.375% was the best they could get me. VNL came through with 3.75%. Holy garbanzo beans batman! That saves me something like $50K over the life of the loan. I know that those other lenders seem like nice people, but really, who needs $50K more? You? or those other lenders?

Santosh and Apryl are a Grade A team. They were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive throughout the trials of our first home buying experience. Santosh's cool demeanor helped to calm and inform me during more trying times of this deal, but we made it to the finish line without any snags! I was a little hesitant at first because Santosh was offering rates that were well below what other lenders were able to offer, but learned that he's a lot more streamlined than big lenders and has less overhead to cover. Exceeded expectations

Going in I was a little skeptical about what Very Nice Loans was offering... typically when someone is so much more competitive than the rest of the market, there is a catch. I was working with several other lenders, shopping around to get the best rate. When I mentioned what Santosh was able to offer me, a few of them had to clarify I was talking about a 30-yr rate not a 15-yr rate! Well... we're all closed on the loan now and I'm here to say there were no catches! Going with a mortgage broker like Santosh is what I would recommend. He has a wide variety of lenders at his disposal to match you up with the best lender options for your situation. I can't speak for those with credit issues as we had pretty great credit going in which I'm sure helped... but if you do have good to great credit, I would highly recommend giving Santosh a call. Even if you don't have the best credit, I'm sure he can work to find you the best deal. His closing coordinator Apryl was very thorough as well. She works behind the scenes with the lender to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. This is one of the rare situations where the "lowest bidder" pulled through and provided outstanding service and performance.

Short notice no problem - smooth process

With short notice Santosh was able to provide a quote to compare to my original pre-qualified lender who had very high rates and closing costs. His were much better and very straight forward pricing and communication. Over 5k savings from my original broker (and I gave him a chance to match!) Quick and highly professional

Ended up doing 2 separate loans on 2 separate properties in record time. Rate and terms were good, loan brokering service was exemplary. Apryl is absolutely the bomb on customer service. Everything went as smooth as possible with the exception of an error on name for the release of tax forms, but that was done by the staff at Quicken. If I were buying again I would definitely check with Santosh first for financing.
